Veneers
Have you ever wondered how celebrities achieve such perfectly straight, white teeth overnight? The answer is veneers.
Veneers can be made from ultra-thin porcelain or composite and are designed to ‘stick’ to the front of your original teeth, creating a perfectly natural smile.
Veneers are bonded to the teeth using a specialist glue that is activated when it comes into contact with a special light. Once they have been fitted in place they can last for many years, providing they’re cared for correctly.
The great news is that veneers require no more upkeep than your original teeth – they should be brushed and flossed twice a day, avoid coming into contact with certain types of food and drink and checked by a dentist at least once a year.

As well as administering numbing gel before any injections, Dr Mulgund asks all patients to raise their hand if they are experiencing any discomfort at any point. He will then stop what he is doing and won’t start again until you are completely happy. Where necessary, he will provide additional local anaesthetic. However, if you are still experiencing discomfort after all endeavours, the treatment can be suspended and re-arranged if needs be.
