Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint we would ask you to telephone the practice and ask to speak to Practice Manager, Dal Dhadda as soon as possible, who will do her best to resolve it for you. Any patient’s complaint will be acknowledged within three working days and a written response provided within ten working days.
